General Terms and Conditions

1. validity
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded by us with customers using means of distance communication (Internet, fax, etc.), in particular for customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.

3. offer and prices
Our offers are subject to change and are valid while stocks last. The customer’s order is considered a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the ordered goods. It is concluded when we expressly accept the order within a maximum of two weeks from receipt of the order or dispatch the ordered goods within this period.
The prices quoted are in euros and include VAT and all other charges and surcharges (gross prices).
Shipping costs are not included in the prices. Shipping costs within Austria are EUR 9.00. For shipping costs abroad, the fees of the Austrian postal service apply.
Our online store is initially restricted to customers from countries within the EU.
4. terms of payment and shipping
Payment for the delivery must be made by cash on delivery, advance payment by PayPal/credit card or bank transfer.
Delivery abroad is only possible against advance payment.
The ordered goods will be delivered by us to the delivery address specified by the customer using the usual shipping method, such as post, parcel service or similar. Risk and coincidence are transferred to the customer when the ordered goods are handed over to the shipper.
5. complaints
If, despite our great care in processing the customer’s order, there is a reason for complaint, our liability for any defects in the goods ordered shall be governed by the statutory warranty provisions. However, we are initially entitled to exchange or replace the missing goods. Partial deliveries are permissible.
The defective goods must be returned by the customer without delay. We shall only be liable for further claims, in particular for claims for damages of any kind (consequential damages), in the event of intent or gross negligence.
6. right of withdrawal
Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act may withdraw from a distance selling contract within seven working days of receipt of the ordered goods by the consumer in accordance with Section 5e of the Consumer Protection Act. It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within this period, whereby Saturdays do not count as working days.
In the event of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price less shipping costs shall be made concurrently with the return of the goods received from the customer. The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer. The goods must be returned as new and in their original condition. Items that have been opened cannot be returned.
7 Place of jurisdiction and place of performance
The place of jurisdiction and fulfillment is Vienna.
However, the mandatory provisions of §§ 8 and 14 KSchG remain unaffected.
The contract concluded with the customer is subject exclusively to Austrian law.
